Start where I numbered it
I put the 17 tools into numbered folders plus a START-HERE file that says where to begin. Folder 01 is the 30-day setup and search guide, and everything after it assumes your shop is either live or close to it.
Cost it, then price it
Folder 02 works out what one item really costs: supplies, your minutes and a share of the bills. Folder 03 takes that cost and works out every Etsy fee, your break-even and the price that hits your margin.
Build a listing that gets found
I gave folders 04 to 06 the job of getting a listing found: photos planned in one session, description frameworks for 12 product types, and a score against Etsy's own title, tag and image rules.
Run the shop day to day
I built folders 07 to 11 as the daily-admin shelf: the posting calendar, buyer message templates, the order and stock tracker, the custom order tracker and the shipping calculator.
Keep the books and check your goals
Folder 12 is the bookkeeping and inventory workbook I built with UK and US tax-year pages, folder 13 logs expenses and mileage, and folder 14 splits a yearly goal into monthly targets checked against your Etsy Stats.
Grow into fairs and wholesale
I left folders 15 to 17 for once the shop is busy: which craft fairs pay, a wholesale kit built from the true cost you worked out in folder 02, and the 17 written procedures for the jobs that repeat.

Before I listed each tool on its own, I typed a sample into a copy and checked the results against figures worked out separately. Across the 15 workbooks in this bundle that came to 3,259 checks, and every one passed.
I copy each tool's own download in unchanged, so what a bundle buyer opens in folder 09 is exactly the same order tracker a buyer of that listing gets on its own.
Where the rules come from
Every fee, rate and Etsy rule inside is cited on that tool's own Sources tab, naming the page I read and the date I read it. I did not write one shared source list for the bundle; each folder still carries its own.
I did not build a cut-down bundle edition. Each folder is copied in unchanged from the tool's own pack, so if I fix something in one tool later, the fix reaches this bundle the next time I rebuild it.
What it leaves out
My custom banner and brand board design service is made to order and sold separately, and it is not in this zip.
My three Notion templates are not in this bundle either. It suits handmade, vintage, print on demand and digital shops, though a digital-only shop will skip the parcel tools inside it.

Will it work in Google Sheets?
The 15 workbooks open in Excel, Numbers and LibreOffice, and you can import each one into Google Sheets through File, Import, Upload, exactly as when they are bought one at a time.
Does it include your custom banner and brand board service?
I sell that service made to order on its own listing. It is not one of the 17 folders here.
Is it worth it if I only sell digital downloads?
Most of it still applies: the costing, pricing and listing tools are built around the listing itself. You will skip the parcel side of the shipping calculator and the order tracker, since there is nothing to post.
