What to make, pack and post today
A shop that makes things to order loses parcels in the gap between the orders page and the workbench: which one was due yesterday, which is packed and waiting, which product is about to run out. I built one workbook for the person doing all of that alone. Type or paste each order in, give it a status, and the sheet works out the dispatch date, flags it when it is late and counts your stock down from what sold.

Log each order on one line
Orders takes one line per item sold: date, order number, buyer, item, SKU, quantity and what it came to. Paste it from your Etsy export or type it as orders arrive.
Let the sheet set the dispatch date
Each product carries its processing days on the Products and stock tab. The order date plus those days is the dispatch-by date, and orders for an unknown SKU fall back to a default you set on the Today tab.
Give each order a status
New, packed, posted, delivered or cancelled. The flag column says LATE with the number of days once a dispatch date passes without the parcel going out, and cancelled orders drop out of the stock count.
Let stock count itself
Use the same SKU on Orders and on Products and stock, and the units sold count themselves from your orders. On hand comes from opening stock plus what you made minus what sold, and the flag turns to REORDER at the point you set.
Map your Etsy export
The CSV mapping tab names the columns of Etsy's Order Items export and where each one goes. I read them in a live export from my own shop on 17 September 2026.

Today counts what to make, what is packed and waiting, what is late and what is due today and tomorrow. It lists the products to reorder, values your stock at cost and totals your last 7 and 30 days of orders.

Open the tracker on EtsyChecked by recalculating it
Before listing it, I recalculated all 2,612 formulas across the five tabs with a formula engine outside Excel, and none returned an error.
I then typed a sample shop into a copy: six orders, two products, one cancellation and one late parcel. The dispatch dates, the late flag, the stock counts and every number on the board matched what I worked out by hand, 32 checks in all.
Columns read in a live export
The mapping tab names the columns as they appeared in an Order Items export from my own shop on 17 September 2026: Sale Date, Order ID, Buyer, Item Name, SKU, Quantity, Item Total, Order Shipping and Date Shipped.
Etsy can rename a column. If yours differ, go by what the column means, and message me from the order if you want me to check a fresh export.
What it leaves out
Fees, deposits and the tax year. Those are in my Etsy bookkeeping and inventory bundle, which uses the same SKUs, so the two files agree if you run both.
It does not pull orders from Etsy by itself. You paste the export or type orders in, which takes about a minute per order.

If you sell digital downloads only, there are no parcels to track and the dispatch side of this sheet does nothing for you.

Does it work in Google Sheets?
Import it through File, Import, Upload. I kept to plain formulas, and every one of them uses a function Google Sheets supports.
Will it pull my orders from Etsy?
It pulls nothing by itself. You paste your Order Items export or type orders in as they arrive, and the mapping tab shows where each column goes.
Does it handle a second sales channel?
Every order has a channel column, so a market stall or your own site can sit next to Etsy in the same file, and the stock count covers both.
How is it different from the bookkeeping bundle?
This one is about parcels and stock: what is due, what is late, what to reorder. The bundle is about money: fees, deposits, profit and the tax year. They share SKUs, so you can run both.
