Things you can run without me

Eight of these sit on the Apify Store today, priced per unit of work. There is no subscription and nothing to book: you give it your input, a run costs what the price says, and the output is yours. I built them because plenty of jobs are too small to be worth a conversation.

Every one carries two links. One opens the Store, where you can go and run it. The other opens the page where I wrote down how it was built and who should not buy it.

On the Apify Store8

  • $0.01per app analysed

App Store and Google Play Reviews to Complaint Themes

Collects recent App Store and Google Play reviews for one or more apps and turns them into the top complaint and praise themes, each with a count and verbatim quotes tied to review ids. Bring your own OpenAI key for the themes step; without it you still get the reviews.

  • $0.003per invoice validated

E-Invoice Validator: XRechnung, ZUGFeRD, Peppol BIS 3, EN16931

Validates e-invoices against the official EU artefacts and returns every failed rule with its id, severity, message and location. XML or hybrid PDF. XRechnung 3.0, Peppol BIS 3, EN 16931, NLCIUS, Factur-X, plus Facturae, FatturaPA and KSeF FA(3). No key, no proxy, no browser.

  • $0.005per posting audited

EU Pay Transparency Job Ad Auditor: pay and pay-history checks

Audits live job postings against Directive (EU) 2023/970 Article 5: does the advert state a pay level or range, and does it ask for the applicant's pay history. Reads public boards on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Personio, Workable, SmartRecruiters and Recruitee, plus career pages.

  • $0.01per workflow scanned

Silent-Success Watchdog for n8n: a daily audit of empty runs

I audit your n8n workflows once a day and name the ones that finished green while producing nothing, which an error trigger can never catch. You get five verdicts per workflow, each with the reason and a link to the execution. Priced per workflow checked, so a dozen cost a few dollars a month.

  • $0.02per company analysed

    Trustpilot Reviews to Complaint Themes

I read a company's Trustpilot reviews and group them into the complaint and praise themes that repeat, each with a count and verbatim quotes tied to the review they came from. Bring your own OpenAI key for the themes, and without one you still get every review.

  • $0.02per company enriched

UK Companies House Enrichment for Lead Lists and KYB

Enriches UK companies from the official Companies House API: status, incorporation date, SIC labels, registered address, accounts dates, active officers, PSCs and latest filings. Feed it names or numbers, or search by keyword, SIC code and postcode. Bring your own free key; no proxies, no browser.

  • $0.004per page checked

Vendor Policy and Subprocessor Change Watch

Watches the terms, privacy, DPA, subprocessor list, security and pricing pages your suppliers publish, and reports what changed since the last run: added and removed subprocessors by name, added and removed clauses, and a plain-English summary. No browser, no proxy.

  • $0.015per site scored

Website Redesign Lead Scorer: staleness, consent, accessibility

Scores business websites 0-100 for redesign opportunity, for agency prospecting. Measures how old the site looks, what tracking fires before any cookie choice, axe-core accessibility failures, and mobile and https basics. Returns the top three reasons as pasteable outreach lines.

Built and priced, not on the Store yet3

These three run and the price is set, but they are not published, so there is nothing for you to click yet. The build page for each is up if you want to read one now.

  • $0.01per page audited

European Accessibility Act Reporter (EN 301 549 / WCAG 2.1 AA)

Audits web pages against WCAG 2.1 AA in a real browser and returns an EAA conformance report a non-developer can act on: findings mapped to WCAG success criteria and EN 301 549 clauses, ranked by severity, each written in plain language with a fix, plus the machine-readable version for developers.

  • $0.005per workflow audited

n8n Instance Hygiene and Security Auditor

Audits how an n8n instance is built and secured: hard-coded secrets in node parameters, unauthenticated webhooks, duplicate workflows, dormant workflows, missing error paths, nodes that swallow failures, pinned data on live workflows and unused credentials. Read-only through the n8n API.

  • $0.01per company watched

UK Counterparty Risk Watch for Customer and Supplier Lists

Watches the UK companies you sell to or buy from and reports what changed since last time: insolvency notices in The Gazette, status changes, overdue accounts, new charges, officer resignations, a moved office. Weekly deltas, not a profile dump. Bring your own free Companies House key.

The half that needs a conversation

A tool only earns its place when the job comes back the same shape every time. If yours needs deciding rather than running, tell me what you are trying to build and I will say quickly whether I should be doing it.
