  1. Add each client once

    Give each client a short reference such as C01. Visits point to that reference, so two clients with the same name stay separate.

  2. Record every visit

    Add the date, client reference, work, agreed price and what was paid. Mark the visit done, cancelled or still to come.

  3. Keep repeat work visible

    Use the repeat visits tab for clients who book the same slot again, then add the next visit to the main list when it is confirmed.

  4. Read Today

    The Today tab puts the next twelve visits first, then finished visits with money outstanding, oldest first.

What it records

I made this as a practical record for a solo cleaner. It keeps clients, visits, repeat bookings, payments and cancellations together, and a part payment leaves the remainder on the unpaid list.

You type the figures yourself. There is no bank connection, booking app, route planner, invoice writer or staff rota.
