Answer four questions at checkout
I ask for your shop name and what you sell, two or three looks you like, and colours to use or avoid. You can upload your current logo or a few product photos.
Two directions in 3 working days
Within 3 working days I send you two design directions in Etsy messages, each shown on a banner and a logo so you can judge them where they will live.
Pick one and change it
You choose a direction and tell me what to change. I include two rounds of changes, and if you want a third I quote it in Etsy messages before I start.
Files at Etsy's sizes
I deliver a big shop banner at 1600 by 400 pixels, a mini banner at 1600 by 213, a logo at 500 by 500 with a transparent copy, and an order receipt banner at 760 by 100.
A brand board to keep
The brand board lists your colour codes, two fonts that are free for commercial use and a note on using the logo. I send it as a PNG and a PDF, so your packaging and social posts can match.
Delivered through Etsy
When you are happy, I complete the order within 2 working days of your last change. The final files arrive on your Etsy downloads page, the same way any digital purchase does.

Where the sizes come from

I took every size from Etsy's page on image requirements, read on 17 September 2026. Etsy gives a minimum and a recommended size for each banner, and I design at the recommended one.

The listing itself follows the same rules I check on my own shop: a 137-character title, all 13 tags and alt text on every image.

What I can show you

The listing shows a sample direction for an invented pottery shop, and it is labelled as a sample. I have no client shops to show for this offer yet, and I would rather say so than borrow someone else's work.

The parts that break

I design from scratch, so a brief built on another shop's branding, a character, a sports team or another trademark gets a different direction.

The files are sized for Etsy. Print files for packaging need their own setup, and this order does not include them.

What do you need from me?

I need your shop name, a line on what you sell, two or three looks you like and any colours to use or avoid. Your current logo or product photos help, but you can skip them.

Can I use the files outside Etsy?

The files are yours to use for your shop and its marketing, on Etsy and anywhere else, and the fonts I use are free for commercial use.

Do you design the logo from scratch?

I do. I don't copy another shop's branding or redraw characters, sports teams or other trademarks.

How do the files reach me?

I complete your Etsy order and attach the files, and they appear on your Etsy downloads page.

Can I cancel?

You can cancel for a full refund any time before I send the two design directions. Once I have sent them the design work has started, so I cannot refund it after that point.
