One style, every printed piece
Your gift certificates, price lists, tags and care cards should match each other and your shop. I built this kit so all four come from the same three styles as my brand and packaging kit, with the colours and fonts sitting in each file's theme, so you set them once in a file and every piece in that style follows.

Pick a style and keep it
Clay, Linen and Bold each sit on their own slides in every file. I keep the style I am using and delete the other two before I start typing, so nothing gets mixed on the same sheet.
Set the colours in the theme
On the Design tab I open the arrow under Variants, then Colors, then Customize Colors, and each shape in that style takes the new colours, because I built them from the theme rather than a fixed fill. Google Slides does the same job under Slide, Edit theme.
Drop in the logo
I right-click the round sample logo, choose Change Picture and pick my own file. On the tag sheet I change one logo, then copy and paste it over the other two, since a sheet holds several tags at once.
Print the certificate and the care card
Both carry 3 mm of bleed on every edge, with the words kept 5 mm inside the trim, more room than the print guides I read ask for. I export a PDF from the File menu and send that to my printer, or print at Actual size on card at home and trim 3 mm in from each edge.
Print the price list and the tag sheet at home
Neither runs to the edge of the page. I kept the artwork at least 7 mm from the sides, 5 mm from the top and 17 mm from the bottom, inside the printable area most home printers leave clear, so the page prints whole at Actual size.
Cut and check the tag sheet
Each sheet holds six hang tags and three price tags, with a price back and a care back for the reverse. I print the front, then the back on the same sheet flipped on the long edge, and I would test it on plain paper first and hold it to a window to see the two sides line up before cutting and punching the rings.

Before I listed it, I rendered all 56 slides in PowerPoint at 300 dpi and looked at each one. PowerPoint measured all 964 text boxes across the eight files, and none of them overflows its box.
I measured every word against the colour sitting behind it, and the lowest contrast anywhere is 5.0 in Clay, 5.6 in Linen and 5.1 in Bold, each above the 4.5 to 1 line most accessibility guidance uses. I then swapped the theme colours in a copy of each file and rendered it again, and no area was left in the old colour.
Where the print sizes come from
The bleed and trim sizes come from the same print guides behind my brand and packaging kit, and the price list and tag sheet margins come from printer specifications for a home printer's printable area, all read the week I listed this.
Each certificate and card comes out at trim plus bleed when exported to PDF, and the price list and tag sheet print whole on A4 or US Letter without anything running to the edge, the same way I tested them myself before listing.
What it leaves out
There is no brand board, shop banner, thank you card, packaging insert or business card here. Those are in my Etsy shop brand and packaging kit, built on the same three styles, so the two kits match if you buy both.

Does it match your brand and packaging kit?

Do I need a Canva account?
PowerPoint, or a free Google account for Slides, is all you need, since every colour and font sits in the file's theme rather than a Canva template.
Can Google Slides open it?
I tested it myself: upload the .pptx to Google Drive, open it with Slides, and the fonts are already built in. Slide, Edit theme does the same job there that the Design tab does in PowerPoint.
How many tags does one sheet print?
