A working bakery's production run planned, costed and tracked on a phone in the kitchen. Built as an installable PWA because staff with flour on their hands won't open a laptop: full-stack, shipped, and in daily use rather than sitting in a prototype folder.
What it is
Recipes, costs, production runs and stock, on the device that is actually in the room. Installable, works on a phone, and designed around someone standing at a bench rather than sitting at a desk.
